UK elections: All indications point to a hung Parliament

As results are coming in on UK elections, the Conservative Party led by incumbent PM Theresa May and Labour Party led by Jeremy Corbyn are on a neck-to neck race, having secured 179 and 193 seats so far.

Exit polls indicate that May's party might stop short of securing a majority at 326 seats, possibly resulting in a hung Parliament.
