Deloitte's new AI tax tool, 'Tax Pragya,' launches December 9
Deloitte is rolling out Tax Pragya, an AI-powered platform that promises to make tax research way less complicated.
Launching December 9, it combines over a million court rulings and exclusive data to deliver fast, accurate insights on direct and indirect taxes—helping clients and analysts access insights much faster than traditional research methods.
Real-time updates and wider reach coming soon
Tax Pragya will offer near real-time updates on budget changes and new tax laws before the changes are implemented from April 1.
While it's first available to 500 clients, Deloitte plans to expand access to thousands more—including MSMEs and SMEs across India—by mid-2026.
Built for speed (and not here to steal jobs)
With Deloitte's curated data, Tax Pragya cuts research time from hours down to minutes.
It's not meant to replace your tax consultant but help them—and you—navigate tricky rules more easily.
Powered by 2 decades of expertise—and getting smarter
Drawing on 20 years of Deloitte's know-how, the platform uses advanced AI for smarter workflows.
Future updates will include drafting legal opinions automatically and predicting outcomes on tax notices—making decisions quicker for everyone involved.
