ICICI Prudential AMC IPO: Price band set at ₹2,061-₹2,165
ICICI Prudential AMC is launching its IPO with shares priced between ₹2,061 and ₹2,165.
The offer opens December 12 and closes December 16.
This is an Offer For Sale of 4.9 crore shares from promoter Prudential Corporation Holdings, which will see its stake drop from 49% to 39%.
What does the company do?
ICICI Prudential AMC has been around since 1993 and is now handling over ₹10 lakh crore in assets as of September 2025.
The company offers Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), and advisory services to offshore clients.
In FY25, revenue jumped by over 32% to nearly ₹5,000 crore, while profits rose by almost 30% compared to last year.
