What's driving the numbers?
Diesel led the surge, jumping 12.2% from October and rising nearly 5% year-on-year to reach 8.55 million tons—think trucks, transport, and deliveries all on the move.
Gasoline sales were up slightly compared to last year but dipped a bit from October, while LPG usage grew by over 7%.
Bitumen (for roads) saw a huge spike, but naphtha sales dropped off.
