Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor has rented out a residential unit in Mumbai's Bandra West area for a monthly rent of ₹5.51L, reported Square Yards. The deal was registered in November 2025 and includes three car parking spaces. The property is located in the Grand Bay Condominium on Hill Road and has a carpet area of 204.38 sqm (approximately 2,200 sq ft).

The rental agreement for Kapoor's Bandra apartment is for one year, starting from November 2025. The monthly rent is fixed at ₹5.51L, totaling ₹66.12L over the lease period. The deal also involved a stamp duty of ₹17,100 and registration charges of ₹1,000. A security deposit of ₹20L was also part of the transaction.
Bandra West: A coveted Mumbai neighborhood
Bandra West is one of Mumbai's most desirable neighborhoods, known for its upscale residential living, commercial activity, and cultural vibrancy. The area offers great connectivity through major roads, local train stations, and upcoming metro routes. Its proximity to prime destinations such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mahim, and Santacruz further enhances its appeal.
Kapoor's Bandra apartment previously rented for ₹5L/month
Interestingly, the same unit was previously rented out in November 2023. The rental agreement for that lease was for two years, with a monthly rent of ₹5L for the first year and ₹5.25L for the second year. The total rent payable over this lease tenure amounted to ₹1.23 crore, according to Square Yards.
