Born on April 29, 1965, Dipika Chikhlia Topiwala is an Indian actress and a former Member of Parliament affiliated to Bharatiya Janata Party. She is best known for her performance as Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s 1987 television show ‘Ramayan.’ She made her acting debut in 1983 with the film ‘Sun Meri Laila.’ As of 2021, she has appeared in over 20 movies. Between 1991 and 1996, she represented the Baroda constituency in Lok Sabha. Her husband is Hemant Topiwala, the owner of Shringar Bindi and Tips and Toes cosmetics.
