Huma reveals being 'upset' about 'Jolly LLB 2' scene cut

Actor Huma Qureshi has recently opened up about her role in the film Jolly LLB 2, which starred Akshay Kumar. She revealed that one of her "most powerful" scenes from the movie was cut from the final edit. Speaking to Mid-Day, she said she was "really upset" about it and even told director Subhash Kapoor, "I'm not doing anything in this film."

Qureshi said, "I detest from my core playing ornamental parts, and that's what it ended up becoming. But sometimes there's nothing you can do." She said, "Our first collaboration was on Jolly LLB 2. It was not a very big part, but during the edit, my role became even smaller."

Despite her disappointment, Qureshi revealed that Kapoor often sent her messages to reassure her about the appreciation for her character. She said, "Sometimes, some of your best scenes get cut out.
