'Bigg Boss 19': Shehbaz Badesha evicted a week before finale
The popular reality show, Bigg Boss 19, witnessed a shocking weekend with two evictions. Ashnoor Kaur was eliminated on Saturday, followed by Shehbaz Badesha on Sunday. Actor Riteish Deshmukh announced Badesha's eviction as he joined host Salman Khan on stage to promote the Marathi version of the show.
Badesha's eviction left housemates emotional
The episode began with Khan and Deshmukh teasing the housemates about another surprise. Deshmukh asked them to guess who might be evicted next. Farrhana Bhatt and Tanya Mittal pointed toward Badesha, while Gaurav Khanna and Amaal Mallik pointed at Malti Chahar. After this, Deshmukh announced that Badesha had been evicted, leaving everyone emotional, especially Mallik.
Badesha's journey on 'Bigg Boss 19'
Badesha, who was the first wildcard contestant of this season, had earlier lost a public vote against Mridul Tiwari during the grand premiere. After his eviction, Khan told him that he would now be known as Shehbaz and not just Shehnaaz Gill's brother. Badesha revealed that it was his childhood dream to be on Bigg Boss and apologized for accusing the makers of favoritism in the past.
Shehnaaz Gill called Badesha a 'winner'
Badesha's sister and actor Gill took to Instagram to give him a shoutout. "Well played @badeshashehbaz... U r the winner to me (love and heart emojis). Welcome back," she wrote alongside many goofy pictures with her brother. Social media users were left emotional and disappointed as Badesha's Bigg Boss 19 journey came to an end just days before the finale.
'Bigg Boss 19' finale set for December 7
Before Badesha's eviction, Kaur was also shown the door after Khan called her out for intentionally hitting Mittal during a task. This was the last Weekend Ka Vaar of Bigg Boss 19 with its grand finale scheduled on December 7. The episode will stream on JioHotstar at 9:00pm and air on Colors at 10:30pm. The top six contestants are Khanna, Mallik, Mittal, Chahar, Bhatt, and Pranit More.
