Agra: Girl dies after falling through hole in school bus
A heartbreaking incident in Agra's Etmadpur saw nine-year-old Naina lose her life after she fell through a hole in her school bus' floor and was crushed under the bus' wheels.
The accident happened on her way home from RBS School, and though her sister Pari quickly alerted the driver, it was too late.
Naina was declared dead at the hospital.
Father files complaint against school, driver
Following the tragedy, Naina's father filed a complaint against both the school management and the driver.
Police have seized the bus and registered a case for negligence under several sections of the BNS Act.
Sadly, this isn't an isolated incident: a similar case in Kasganj earlier this year also involved a young girl dying due to a broken bus floor.
These repeated accidents are raising serious questions about how safe school transport really is for kids.
