The AIPMT result announcement (2015) was canceled by the Supreme Court and an order was issued to conduct the re-test within 4 weeks. The board said that 4 weeks was too little a time to prepare for AIPMT, which takes 7 months of preparation.

The Supreme Court asked the Haryana Police to finish the probe into the AIPMT exam leak. The court directed the law agencies of Maharashtra, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand and other states where the answers keys of the question paper were transmitted to cooperate with the Haryana Police. The court also asked the telecom providers of the seized phones to extend their cooperation in the probe.

The stay of declaration of AIPMT results was extended by the Supreme Court from 9th June to 12th June. The court will also hear a PIL by Tanvi Sarwal and Jahnvi Shanker seeking the re-conduct of the AIPMT, in the wake of the leakage of the question paper. The court has given the additional time so that the police can examine the case thoroughly.

    CBSE denies AIPMT paper leak

The CBSE board denied that the AIPMT papers of the test conducted on 3rd May have been leaked. The board's controller of examination KK Choudhary, said that there were no reports about leaked exam papers but of cheating at the exam.
