What's closed and when?

Banks in Kerala will be shut on December 9 for local elections.
In Meghalaya, December 12 is a holiday honoring freedom fighter Pa Togan Nengminja Sangma.
Then comes the weekend closure: all banks across India close for the second Saturday (December 13) and Sunday (December 14).
