Owners on the run, political links revealed

After the fire, owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra disappeared and are suspected to have left India.
Activist Ravi Harmalkar had warned that the club was a "ticking time bomb" due to its unsafe conditions, saying he even got threats from the Luthras.
Their political connections reportedly helped them dodge rules.
The government has now sealed the club to prevent more violations.
