Hair Thieves
Hair thieves are people who target long-haired women and steal their hair. There are several purposes for which they do this, such as sexual fetish or for commercial use i.e, wigs and hairpieces. A large number of incidents were reported in India in 2017 where hair thief mysteriously chopped women's hair in some parts of Rajasthan and Haryana.
