Notorious gangster Harsimran Singh nabbed after Bangkok deportation
Delhi Police have caught Harsimran—also known as Badal and Simran—right after he was sent back from Bangkok.
Harsimran is linked to 23 serious crimes, including murder, attempted murder, extortion, and illegal weapons.
He slipped out of India in January 2025 using a fake passport under the name Rajesh Singh.
How his escape unraveled
With help from Europe-based gangster Goldy Dhillon and human traffickers, Singh tried to reach the US and Europe through complicated routes via Bangkok, Dubai, Azerbaijan, and Eastern Europe—but both attempts failed.
After his fake passport got canceled by Indian authorities, Thai officials detained him.
Back home, police had been tracking him since late 2024 when an associate revealed he supplied illegal weapons.
A Lookout Circular and joint efforts with Thai authorities finally brought him back to face charges in India.
