Javed's family to receive ₹3L as compensation

Javed's family will receive ₹3 lakh as compensation, with ₹1 lakh already given to his mother. The authorities will also look into whether his siblings and children depended on him financially. This ruling is a reminder that the state is responsible for preventing violence and keeping prisons safe for everyone inside.
