An unidentified Indian national was arrested by Pakistani officials in the F-8 area of Islamabad over incomplete travel documents. The revelation was made in a news broadcast by Samaa TV in Pakistan. The man has been charged by authorities under Article 14 of Pakistan's Foreign Act. He has been sent to jail where he is remanded to Judicial custody.

Timing is bad for Indo-Pak relations
The arrest comes on the heels of the International Court of Justice verdict in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. Jadhav who was accused of being an Indian spy, was arrested and sentenced to death by Pakistan's military. However, the ICJ has ruled in favor of India and Pakistan has been ordered to "take all measures" to ensure no execution.
Why was he arrested?
While it is unclear who the man actually is and where he was arrested, news reports in Pakistan say that his arrest was due to him having incomplete travel papers when asked by authorities.
Police yet to locate whereabouts of Indian arrested in Pakistan
After the arrest of Indian national Sheikh Nabi Ahmed in Pakistan over 'incomplete' documents, police tried to locate his family in a Mumbai suburb, but haven't succeeded yet. Cops confirmed Ahmed is from "755, behind Tabassum hotel, Bandra Plot, Jogeshwari East". But locals said the family moved out of there years ago. The Indian High Commission says it has no information about the arrest.
