A portal is being developed for 'Prime Minister's Research Fellows (PMRF)' scheme. Applicants would use this portal to upload their applications along with SOP/Project Abstract. The project abstract should clearly mention the area of the study and area chosen should be one of frontier areas of science and technology. Applicants will also have to give two referee names with their proposal.

If reservation system is removed during selection process of faculty, it would do good for over all quality of education system. Would you agree?

Asked on 10-02-2018 by Anonymous
Answered by NewsBytes
In my opinion, if there is no caste-based reservation during selection process of faculties, it will improve the quality of education system. However, reservation is not the only factor which impacts our system, but lack of competitive salaries, no research grants etc. demotivate good talent to take up a teaching position. Please note-this expresses personal opinion of the author and not of NewsBytes's.
