You can visit the Aadhaar Enrollment Center near your house and ask them which one of the three forms will proceed further for verification and correction of Aadhaar details. It is most likely that the first form that you have submitted will be accepted for an update.

I mistakenly submitted form 6 three times and now I have 3 different reference number. Will they submit my form or reject it?

Now that you have three reference numbers for your voter ID application, all those forms are most likely to get rejected by the UIDAI. More than one submission is rejected by the authority.

You can do it either online or offline. In Online process, download a copy of Form EPIC-002 from Chief Electoral Officers' website. Fill in the form and attach all the required documents. Submit the form to local electoral office, whereupon you will be issued a reference number. After successful verification, you will get duplicate voter card.
