The upper age limit for UPSC Exams for OBC candidates is 35 years, calculated as on 1st August of the respective examination year. That means you would be over 35 years of age for UPSC 2018 Exams.

Is there any exam for government job of the students who have crossed the age limit and are in general category?

The age limit for various government job exams differs from exam to exam. Most of the jobs in the 32-35 year domain are of officer grade with experience in a specific domain.
