I got the internship letter from JIO but I have one query as they called me on 18 June, should I have to be prepared for this internship or they will train us?

As such there are no major pre-requisites mentioned for this internship by JIO. They will predominantly utilize digital technology and methods to support & guide you through the program. They will provide connectivity to enable the same hence, it's desirable to have a 4G smartphone.

I have applied for batch 3 and got confirmation mail as well but now I want switch it to batch 4. Is it possible to upgrade now?

If you have any information about any contact person in your confirmation e-mail then get in touch with that person and ask him for the details about the same.

Jio will guide you on digital technologies and how digital can positively impact SMBs in the future. Further, they would share relevant videos with you for your future reference. In the duration of the course, you have to interact with various SMBs and apply your training to solve the challenges of these SMBs.

The rest of the program will be completed offline where you have to interact with various SMBs and apply your training to solve the challenges of these SMBs.

Is it a daily basis training program? Do we have to come daily to the JIO office to work and interact with SMB's?

To register, visit careers.jio.com/champions. You'll be sent an online assessment test link on your registered email ID and mobile number which should take no longer than five minutes to complete. It consists of 15 multiple choice questions with a mix of basic verbal, reading, arithmetic and general awareness topics. You need to complete the assessment within two days for your application to be considered.

I don't have a college ID card. May I upload fee receipt of my college of 2 year?

According to Jio's 'Digital Champions' guidelines, you need two documents to apply which are your College ID and Aadhaar Card. We don't have any idea if your fee receipt can work as a substitute for your College ID card.

Digital Champions is a mix of online and offline learning. You will only have to visit your local Jio Center 2 times over the course of the program to undergo various skills training (relevant videos will be shared with you for your future reference as well). The rest of the program will be completed offline where you have to interact with various SMBs.

My son is in 3rd year of B E 4 year course. He will complete BE on 2019. Whether he will be eligible for the subject course or not.

For four-year undergraduate courses in any stream (like B.Tech, B.E., etc.), students who have completed their first or second year are eligible to apply. So, your son is eligible for this program.

Are PG students eligible or not?

For four-year undergraduate courses in any stream, students who have completed their first and second year are eligible to apply. For three-year undergraduate courses, students who have completed their first year are eligible to apply. There is no mention of PG students, so most probably they are not eligible to apply.

As the internship aims at guiding the interns through a digital toolkit on new-age problem solving, practical applications, and how to imbibe their learnings in real-world business challenges. So, most probably the candidate has to be present physically for the internship. Undergraduate students can choose from over 800 cities and towns to enroll in the batch of their choice.
