The total number of General and female candidates who applied for JEE Advanced is 62850 and 32923 respectively. A decision has been taken at the level of the IIT Council to improve the gender balance in the UG programs at the IITs from the current(approximately) 8% to 14% in 2018-19 by creating supernumerary seats specifically for female candidates (with no reduction in non-female seats).

I don't think that IIT Kanpur has specified any procedure for cancellation of JEE Advanced Form. If you wish to opt out of the examination, then you may not appear in it. This would lead to automatic cancellation of your candidature.
