DU offers the following courses under science stream- Bachelor of Science - Applied Physical Sciences (Analytical Methods in Chemistry and Biochemistry), Applied Physical Sciences (Industrial Chemistry), Physical Sciences. DU offers BBA only in Financial Investment Analysis. But DU offers Bachelor of Management Studies. BMS is an undergraduate programme in management studies to equip students with knowledge of management and its various aspects that relate to business organizations. While filling DU application forms, there are no extra registration charges for applying to multiple programmes/courses. This means that there would only be a single fee for merit-based programs. In case of entrance-based programmes, a separate Registration Fee would be charged for each entrance test for which the application is submitted.

This year's exam centers have not been announced by DU yet but last year the exam centers were at- Chennai, New Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata, Nagpur, Varanasi.

Yes, you can change your college/stream if you are getting a better college/stream in the second or third cut-off after you have taken admission in some college after first cut-off. For this, you need to cancel your admission in the first college and then apply to your desired college. Just be sure that your desired college/course has enough seats before canceling your admission elsewhere.
