The qualifications required for NDA are- 12th Class of 10+2 System of Education/Equivalent with Physics and Maths for Air Force & Navy. They have not listed any minimum percentage for the qualification of Exam. So, most probably you should be eligible for the Exam. Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 02nd January 2000 and not later than 1st January 2003 are eligible for NDA exam. As you are born earlier than 02 January 2000, so you are not eligible for this exam.

Boys who wish to join Indian Air Force family can do so by applying for NDA( National Defence Academy). Entry to NDA after 10+2 level is through writing NDA and NA exam conducted by UPSC. There is no direct way to join Indian Airforce, you have to appear for the exam and need to have studied Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level.

For NDA and NA exams the Interview Call Letter and allotment of SSB Centers Dates would be released around July 2019 and by that time, you would have completed your 12th. So, if you fulfill all other requirements for the exam then you are most probably eligible to apply for this exam.
