Can I get admission in DU with 82 %?

There are other factors that determine your admission to a college under DU like your stream, category, choice of course, etc. To get an idea about which all colleges and courses you can get with your percentage, category, stream, etc, you can check the percentage of marks at which admission closed for various programmes for academic session (2017-18) in DU here (Page 224 onwards).

What about courses like and (Hons)? The cutoff of these courses will dip for general category? Or there will be no 2nd cutoff for them?

It's expected that the second cut-off list of DU will see a decrease by 0.25 to 3 percentage points, now that 25% of seats for various courses have already been filled. Additionally, dips in cut-offs will possibly be more for less popular courses. For more details check this link.

As five percent (5%) of seats are reserved for applicants under CW categories, programme- wise in all colleges under DU, so this should also apply to entrance-based exams too. You can confirm the same by contacting DU- Phone no. 011-27006900 (University Information Centre), Email: Alos, you can check about the Reservation of Armed Forces (CW) here (Page 59 onwards).

Your admission to Ramjas college also depends on your stream and your desired course. You can check this year's cut-off to see whether or not you are getting admission in your desired course. I had uploaded my OBC NCL certificate during registration in which my caste was wrongly spelled. Now I have new OBC NCL certificate. Will there be any problem in showing the new one during admission?

Your chances of admission in various DU colleges depends on a number of factors like your percentage, your category, the course you want to opt, your stream, etc. You can check this year's first cut-off list to see if your eligibility in it or wait for subsequent cut-offs. To get an idea about the closing cut-offs, you can check last year's cut-offs here(Pg.224 onwards).
