If you are interested in Finance then you should pursue your specialization in it. Finance is a dynamic industry and hardworking people from all streams can make a career in it. Also, if you are highly interested in Finance then you can also pursue CFA course. It would enhance your industry insights and give you more comprehensive knowledge of Finance.

The basic eligibility for M.Sc. Computer Science includes- (1)Candidates must have completed graduation in B.Sc.(H) Computer Science/B.Sc. Applied Physical Sciences with Mathematics and Computer Science. (2)Candidates who have completed B.Sc.(General) Mathematical Sciences, (10+2+3 scheme) with Mathematics and Computer Science are also eligible to apply. Although this might differ for some college and you might be able to pursue M.Sc Computer Science from those colleges.

MBA through distance education is chiefly meant for those people who have limited time and resources. You need a bachelor's degree as eligibility to pursue MBA through correspondence. Although the recruitment process would be conducted (on and off campus) in the second year itself, you won't be able to start a job before the completion of your two year MBA degree.
