Except for AIIMS, as it conducts its own entrance exam, candidates are required to clear NEET to get admission in Medical Colleges. It depends on college that how much seats are allocated to students coming through NEET. Karnataka has not barred candidates from other states to participate in counselling for admission.in medical colleges. You don't need the resident certificate for admission.
