The documents required to change the passenger name in the booked IRCTC tickets are: (1)the original copy of the ticket, (2)application mentioning the PNR no. and name, age, and gender or original passenger and the new passenger, (3)ID proof of both the original passenger and new passenger, (4)Proof of relationship i.e. father, mother, brother/sister or any other family member.
