The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the date sheet for 2019 board exams in January. The exams would be held in February from next year.

Does my school have any right to deny giving me admit card because of poor marks in pre-boards?

The admit cards are issued by the concerned council of Board to which you're enrolled with. The school can not deny giving you the admit cards on the basis on poor marks in pre-boards. If they are doing it, you can write about it to the concerned council.
