When can I open a Paytm Payments Bank account again?
Till now, there is no information on when the RBI will lift its restrictions on Paytm taking new customers for its bank or e-wallet. Till such time RBI issues a notice, we cannot provide you with a definitive answer.

Will my Paytm wallet still work?
Yes. While Paytm is not enrolling new customers owing to RBI restrictions, existing customers can avail of Paytm's e-wallet and banking facilities.

How can I close my Paytm Payments Bank account?
To close your Paytm Payments Bank account, log in to your Paytm Payments Bank account, head to '24x7 Help' under the 'Help and FAQ's' section. Once there, scroll down and tap on 'Message Us'. Then, tap on 'I want to close my savings account' to raise a request. Then Paytm will contact you, and will SMS you with a link to close your account.
