How to calculate BMI?
Body Mass Index (BMI) is calculated by dividing body weight (in KGs) by square of body height (in meters). For example, of a person weighing 70 Kgs, with a height of 1.8 meters, the BMI would be equal to 70/1.8² = 21.6 (normal BMI).

What are the different BMI categories?
