What is the Supreme Court verdict on dance bars all about?
The Supreme Court struck down strict provisions of the Maharashtra Prohibition of Obscene Dance in Hotels, Restaurant and Bar Rooms and Protection of Dignity of Women (Working therein) Act, 2016 and paved path for re-opening dance bars in the state.
