Expanding its portfolio of electric vehicles, Hero Electric has introduced the all-new Dash e-scooter in India.
Priced at Rs. 62,000, the scooter promises a range of 60km and can be fully charged in around four hours.
It will soon be available for purchase via all Hero Electric dealerships across the country.

The Hero Electric Dash comes with a sporty look featuring a dual-tone paint job, chrome finished rear view mirrors, tubeless tires, and a blacked-out treatment on grab rails and alloy wheels.
The e-scooter comes with a host of electronic features such as a fully-digital instrument console, LED headlight with DRLs, USB charging support, and remote boot unlocking.
Power and performance
The Hero Electric Dash draws power from a 48V 28Ah lithium-ion battery which can be fueled up in around four hours. The scooter has a top speed of 25kmph and it promises a claimed range of 60km on a single charge.

For braking performance, the Hero Electric Dash comes equipped with drum brakes on both sides.
The e-scooter houses telescopic fork suspension on the front side and a monoshock hydraulic unit on the rear to handle the suspension duties.
Moreover, it has a ground clearance of 145mm which makes it suitable for Indian roads.
Finally, what about pricing?
As for the pocket pinch, the Hero Electric Dash is priced at Rs. 62,000 in India. Meanwhile, the company is also planning to bring a lead-acid battery variant of the scooter which will be priced around Rs. 50,000.
