Tata Motors Ltd. has launched the limited-edition Wizz model of its popular hatchback, the Tiago, at Rs. 5.4 lakh.
Based on mid-spec XZ variant, the new model gets a bunch of cosmetic as well as interior updates and costs Rs. 10,000 more than the standard variant.
Meanwhile, it is only available with a petrol-powered engine and manual transmission option.

Tata Tiago Wizz: At a glance
The Tiago Wizz looks largely similar to the standard model. However, it gets a bunch of design tweaks in the form of a blackened roof and orange accents on the cascading grille, ORVMs, and wheels.
The hatchback houses trapezoidal air-intake, projector headlamps, and body-colored roof spoiler.
Further, the car has a wheelbase of 2,400mm and a boot space of 242 liters.
Inside the cabin
Inside, the Tata Tiago Wizz sports a blacked-out cabin with fabric upholstery and orange accents around the AC vents.
The car houses a three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel and a 2-DIN audio system with Aux, USB, and Bluetooth connectivity.
In addition, it packs dual front airbags and offers safety features like ABS, EBD, speed alerts, and rear parking sensors.
Power and performance
The Tata Tiago is powered by 1.2-liter Revotron petrol engine which is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. This unit is capable of producing 85bhp of power and 114Nm of peak torque. Further, it promises an ARAI-certified mileage of 23.84kmpl.
And, what is the pricing?
As for the pocket pinch, the Tata Tiago Wizz edition costs Rs. 5.4 lakh in India which is Rs. 10,000 costlier than the standard model.
The company has introduced the special edition variant just ahead of the festive season to boost sales.
Lastly, the hatchback goes up against rivals such as Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS and Maruti Suzuki Swift.
