German automaker Audi is gearing up to introduce the 2019 edition of its flagship sedan, the Audi A6, in India.
In the latest update, the new-generation model was spotted at a dealership, hinting at its imminent launch.
Notably, the 2019 Audi A6 comes with a bunch of design and styling updates over its predecessor. However, mechanically, it remains unchanged.

The 2019 Audi A6 sports a chrome finished hexagonal grille on the front along with sleek headlamps and electronically-adjustable ORVMs.

The luxury sedan gets a 12.3-inch Audi's virtual cockpit and an all-new MMI infotainment panel with connectivity features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Power and performance
The 2019 Audi A6 is offered in mild hybrid 3.0-liter V6 petrol and 3.0-liter diesel engine options.
The former is capable of producing 335bhp of power and 500Nm of maximum torque, while the latter churns out 282bhp and 620Nm.
The petrol unit is mated to 7-speed S-tronic gearbox, while the diesel mill gets an 8-speed automatic Tiptronic transmission.

The 2019 Audi A6 comes equipped with disc brakes on all wheels along with ABS, EBD, and traction control for better grip on the road.
The car offers six airbags and 360-degree camera as well as sensors for parking assistance.

There is no word on the 2019 Audi A6's pricing as of now. However, we expect the new-generation model to cost somewhere around Rs. 55 lakh in the country and take on the likes of Mercedes Benz E-Class and the BMW 5 Series.
