MINI Clubman Indian Summer Edition launched at Rs. 44.90 lakh
BMW-owned luxury car brand MINI has launched the Clubman Indian Summer Edition in the country.
Only 15 units of the luxurious hatchback, priced at Rs. 44.90 lakh, would be available, and they can be booked via Amazon.in starting tomorrow.
Notably, the special edition comes with a host of cosmetic updates to differentiate itself from the standard Clubman model.

A look at the Clubman Indian Summer Edition
The Clubman Indian Summer Edition borrows its styling cues from the standard model but gets a distinctive dual-tone design featuring Indian Summer Red Metallic color scheme with Piano Black as the secondary color.
The car features dual exhausts, a power-operated split tailgate, and chrome highlights around the windows.
For lighting, it houses rounded LED headlamps, fog lights, and LED taillamps with "Union Jack" design.
Inside the cabin
Inside, the MINI Clubman Indian Summer Edition gets a five-seater cabin featuring a panoramic sunroof, leatherette upholstery, ambient lighting, and a leather-wrapped multifunctional steering wheel.
The car houses a semi-digital instrument console and a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment panel mounted on the center.
Besides that, it retains the safety features of the standard Clubman model.
Power and performance
The Clubman Indian Summer Edition draws power from a 2.0-liter TwinTurbo petrol engine which is capable of producing 190bhp of maximum power and 280Nm of peak torque.
The car comes mated to an automatic 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) that sends power to all the wheels.
Furthermore, the hatchback has a top speed of 228kmph and it can do a 0-100kmph sprint in 7.2 seconds.

As for the pocket-pinch, the MINI Clubman Indian Summer Edition is priced at Rs. 44.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Interestingly, only 15 units of the car will be sold in India, and the bookings for the same will commence from tomorrow via Amazon.in.
