Harley-Davidson has launched the 2020 edition of its premium cruiser, the 1200 Custom, in India.
The new motorcycle is priced at Rs. 10.77 lakh and comes with an updated engine that complies with the upcoming BS6 emission norms.
Meanwhile, the cruiser retains the design and features of the outgoing model.

The Harley-Davidson 1200 Custom comes with an old-school look featuring an appealing front profile with a bulbous headlamp unit, and several retro elements including rounded indicators, exposed engine as well as spoked wheels.
The motorcycle gets a comfortable riding position, dual exhausts, and a digital-analog instrument panel.
Furthermore, the cruiser is offered in two monotone and dual-tone color options.
Power and performance
The updated Harley-Davidson 1200 Custom is fueled by a BS6-compliant 1,202cc air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The motor is capable of producing 97Nm of peak torque, and the power output is yet to be revealed.

What about safety and suspension setup?
In the safety department, the 2020 Harley-Davidson 1200 Custom comes equipped with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels, along with dual-channel ABS for better grip on the road.
The suspension duties on the motorcycle are taken care of by conventional telescopic forks up front and a dual-shock unit on the rear.
