Both Bharat Fiber and Jio GigaFiber are FTTH services that provide high-speed internet over fiber optic cable network. However, Jio GigaFiber is in testing with commercial rollout expected in March while Bharat Fiber is available in 18 Indian states as of now. That said, both services are at par with each other and the speed you receive will depend on the plan you subscribe.
