Condemning the acts of sexual misconducts, Amitabh, on his 76th birthday, stated that such acts should be immediately brought to notice and necessary actions should be taken by authorities.

Amitabh also mentioned that no women should face such misbehavior or disorderly conduct, especially at her workplace.

"Discipline and civic, social and moral curricula, should be adopted at a very early educational level," he added.

Women and children need special care

Further, Amitabh stated that women and children are the most vulnerable sections of the society who need to be dealt with special protective care.

"It would be an unrepairable blemish if we are not able to provide them the welcome they deserve and the dignity of the security of their presence," he added.

The man "who was neither Tanushree nor Nana" finally spoke up. Too little, too late.
