Sara Ali Khan's Bollywood debut Kedarnath has been a great success at the box office.
While the actress has been beaming with happiness with the positive response, Kedarnath brought another big achievement for Sara.
The newcomer stated that it was her mother Amrita Singh's reaction for her debut movie that matters the most to her and has been her biggest achievement so far.
Understandably, Amrita was quite excited about Sara's Bollywood debut with Kedarnath and is overwhelmed with the audience response.
Notably, Sara revealed that Amrita was teary-eyed after watching the climax of Kedarnath.
"Mom had heard the narration and she had also seen some rushes. But she still cried in the climax, so that was a big one for me," the newcomer quipped.
Undoubtedly, Sara has managed to leave a mark with her successful debut and Amrita is ecstatic about it.
In fact, she has been constantly sharing the screenshots of Kedarnath reviews with Sara.
"She was constantly sending me screenshots of all the reviews that had my name in them. Seeing all the love that I am getting, she is ecstatically happy," Sara stated.
Helmed by Abhishek Kapoor, Kedarnath opened to rave reviews from the audience since day one.
And while it witnessed a decent start at the box office, it gained momentum gradually and had a solid first week.
Reportedly, Kedarnath has managed to rake in a collection of Rs. 42 crore so far.
Looks like it will cross Rs. 50 crore mark in this week.
