He has 2 children, Hiro-Kala and Skaar, with Caiera, an alien. He also has a genetically engineered daughter, Lyra.
Together they are probably Marvel's strongest family.
Thanos and his family: Not everyone is bad
Thanos has some of the most powerful members in his family.
While his daughters, Nebula and Gamora, are both feared warriors in the Marvel Universe, his son Thane hosted the Phoenix Force and has fought his father.
His brother Starfox and cousin Sersi try to do good in the universe, and the Thanos is related to the Eternals.

The Xaviers: Mutants you don't want to mess with
Charles Xavier, the founder of X-Men, is one of Marvel's most powerful telepaths.
His half-brother Cain Marko is better known as Juggernaut, while psychic twin Cassandra Nova is as evil as she is powerful.
Xavier's son, David Haller or Legion is extremely powerful, possessing nearly unlimited numbers of powers which he can access only one at a time through his alternating personas.
