Good News revolves around a married couple, who are trying to have a baby.
In the movie, Diljit and Kiara play the role of a young Punjabi couple, while Akshay and Kareena play a couple trying to have a baby.
The movie deals with the sensitive issue of surrogacy.
Earlier, movies like Filhaal and Chori Chori Chupke Chupke also dealt with this topic.
Notably, Akshay and Kareena are collaborating for Good News after a decade. They were last seen in 2009 release Kambakkht Ishq. They have also worked together in Ajnabee, Aitraaz, Tashan and Bewafaa. In fact, Kareena also had an extended cameo in Akshay's Gabbar Is Back.
Interestingly, there are reports that Kareena's son Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi will be making his debut with Good News.
Yes! The Pataudi prince will be launched by Karan Johar, co-producer of the film.
Taimur will have a 10-minute cameo in the movie, and has already shot his two scenes. He will be seen in the same frame with his mother and Akshay.
