Two years ago when an international cosmetics brand got Katrina Kaif replaced, there was a slight buzz that she might launch her own cosmetic label.
Now, recent reports reveal that the diva might be gearing up to launch that label, which has been in the pipeline for more than two years.
It is expected to hit the market around October, the actress confirmed.
The media report further said that Kaif has been in contact with her cosmetic partner, despite her busy schedule.
After more than two years of brainstorming and planning, the brand is in its final stage of launch.
"A lot of effort has gone behind it and now, that it's getting closer to the launch, there's a lot more excitement," said Kaif.
A 2017 report said that Kaif was replaced by Deepika Padukone as the face of the French cosmetics brand after a solid two years.
The deal with Kaif was allegedly put off due to her "unpopular behavior" and "uncooperativeness".
The intense rivalry between the two actresses back then probably pushed Kaif to decide to launch her own label, but nothing happened that time.
However, it seems that the Bharat actress is finally ready with her label.
With this, she joins the likes of Rihanna, Madonna, Kylie Jenner, Victoria Beckham and others, who have already made their mark in the cosmetic market with their personal cosmetic labels.
Kaif's fans are super excited since they will get to see her entrepreneurial side now.
Best wishes from our side!
