The makers of Bigg Boss have started preparing for the thirteenth season of the controversial show. As per the buzz, the team has decided to exclude commoners and stick to only celebrities as contestants.
Now, reports have emerged that famous actor, Rajpal Yadav, could participate in the upcoming season. The new season is expected to hit the television screens in September 2019.
With great hits like Chupke Chupke, Bhagam Bhag, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa to his name, Rajpal's appearance and his great comic timing have always left us rolling in aisles.
Besides, the actor is also known for his controversial side in tinsel town.
"To top it all, his one-liners can add the right amount of entertainment value to the show," a source pointed out.
The 'Chota Don' of Bollywood, Rajpal entered Hindi cinema in 1990s. He rose to popularity after he was cast as the leading actor in Jungle (2000), where his role was well received by the viewers.
The actor was last seen in a comedy-drama, Kadke Kamal Ke, which was directed by Laxman Singh. He also made an appearance in Indra Kumar directorial, Total Dhamaal.
Last year, Rajpal was taken under custody for not paying Rs. 5 crore loan, which his company took to produce a movie. He spent three months in Tihar jail, which, according to him, was one of the toughest times of his life.
Recently, a source close to Bigg Boss team revealed that the makers are thinking to shift the house from Lonavala to Mumbai.
This is being done for host Salman Khan's convenience as he has to begin filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah.
Moreover, celebrities like Vivek Dahiya, Jay Bhanushali, Mahhi Vij and former MTV Roadie Navjyot Gurudutta, could participate as contestants.
