Hrithik Roshan's newly-released 'Super 30' leaked online by Tamilrockers
Hrithik Roshan's Super 30 opened well at the box office on July 12, and made a collection of Rs. 30.02 crore in two days.
However, soon after its release, the movie fell prey to piracy.
According to media reports, Super 30 has been leaked online by notorious website, Tamilrockers.
The movie is now available for free download on the website.
Aftermath of leak: Will its box office collection be affected?
Super 30, which is based on mathematician Anand Kumar's life, received mixed reactions from audiences.
Despite that, it witnessed a massive growth in its collections on the second day.
According to Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie was expected to rock in decent numbers at the box office.
However, the online leak might hamper the overall collections of the Vikas Bahl directorial.
Tamilrockers has targeted 'Kabir Singh,' 'Bharat' in the past
Notably, Super 30 is not the only movie to be targeted by the piracy site.
Tamilrockers, which hits every new movie, continues to be a menace for the filmmakers.
This comes in spite of the fact that many Indian courts have taken strict action against piracy.
'Super 30' chronicles life of mathematician Anand Kumar
Getting back to Super 30, the movie is based on the life of mathematician Anand Kumar, who initiated the educational program Super 30 to teach 30 underprivileged students and prepare them for JEE.
Apart from Hrithik, it also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles.
It also marks the Bollywood debut of Nandish Sandhu, who plays Hrithik's brother in the movie.
Despite strict court-action, piracy still out of control in India
In 2018, Madras High Court put a ban on 12,000 sites to curb piracy. However, among the banned sites, Tamilrockers alone had access to 2,000 of them. Although it has been banned innumerable times, they reportedly return with a different proxy server every time.
