In a recent interview, the actress revealed that she has been battling anxiety issues for over six years now.
And while she hasn't fully recovered, Shraddha has learned to "embrace it" and accept it as a part of her life.
Talking about her anxiety issues, Shraddha said she became aware of it after her debut movie, Aashiqui 2, which released in 2013.
"I didn't even know what was anxiety. We didn't know it for a very long time," she added.
During this phase, she also experienced "physical manifestations of anxiety", and was pretty surprised when she felt a pain that had "no physiological diagnosis."
"We got so many tests done but there was nothing wrong with me in the doctor's report. It's bizarre because I kept thinking about why I was getting that pain. Then I kept asking myself why that is happening," Shraddha told Pinkvilla.
While the Baaghi actress is yet to heal completely, she's in a better space now than earlier.
Shraddha also emphasized that embracing her anxiety and approaching "it with a lot of love" made a big difference.
"You have to accept it as part of yourself. You always need to understand who you are or what you stand for," the actress was quoted as saying.
To note, this isn't the first time that Shraddha has opened up about her anxiety issues.
Earlier in 2018, the 32-year-old actress spoke about her struggles, and said that she is dealing with it "in a positive way, every single day."
Shraddha also asserted that she tries to tackle her anxiety by doing things that make her feel good and happy.
Helmed by Remo D'Souza, the movie is slated to release on January 24.
Besides, she will be seen in the much-awaited third installment of the Baaghi series next year.
Baaghi 3 also stars Tiger Shroff and Riteish Deshmukh in lead.
