After witnessing a significant dip in TRPs last week, the latest report released by the Broadcast Audience Research Council India (BARC) came with a sigh of relief.
This week, every show on the list witnessed a decent hike in their TRPs.
However, it is Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 that got the highest jump in its TRP ratings this week.
Take a look.
Looks like there is no replacement to Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as it continues to be the highest TRP gainer for weeks now.
Interestingly, the show, which was witnessing a constant dip in its TRP for past three weeks, finally got a slight jump this week.
YRKKH, which raked in 3.1 TRP in week 36, made it to 3.2 this week.
Surprising everyone, the second position witnessed a clash between two top shows - Kundali Bhagya and Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 - which garnered a TRP of 3.1.
While both the shows had a significant hike in TRPs, it's for the first time that KBC 11 made it to the second slot.
Looks like the first crorepati of KBC 11 turned lucky for the show.
This week turned out to be good for The Kapil Sharma Show too.
The show, which was struggling to secure a place in the top 5 shows a while ago, has raked in a decent TRP of 3.0.
The credit for this hike goes to Dharmendra's special appearance on TKSS, who was there to promote grandson Karan Deol's debut, Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas.
On the fourth position, it is Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya starring Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia with the TRP of 2.8. It is certainly a happy moment for the makers as the show had been stable at the TRP of 2.6 for two weeks.
Not just TKSS, Dharmendra's small screen appearance turned fruitful for Sony TV's Superstar Singer too.
The veteran actor has been extensively promoting grandson Karan's upcoming movie, and appeared on the show for the same.
As a result, the singing based reality show, which was struggling to make it to top 5 shows for three weeks, secured the fifth slot with a TRP of 2.7.
