For those of you who don't know, the Mullayanagiri peak is the tallest peak in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka at 1,925m.
Although the peak is scaled by thousands every year, Reddy started her ascent with her 2-month-old daughter Nyra strapped on.
Here are more details.
In her Instagram post, Reddy shared a video of a mesmerizing view halfway through her ascent of the Mullayanagiri peak.
In the video, she quips that she is carrying "5 kgs extra." However, she couldn't complete the climb.
She wrote in the post, "Attempted climbing to Mullayanagiri Peak with Nyra strapped on! I stopped midway cos I was so out of breath."
Reddy further said, "So many messages from new moms saying they are inspired to travel and I'm thrilled my travel stories are getting such a positive response."
The 35-year-old added, "It's very easy to feel low post-baby and I'm super determined to not let it get me down. I just fed her on-demand everywhere. Less fuss and easy to travel this way."

In another post from her trip to Chikkamagaluru, where she stayed at the Java Rain Resort, Reddy shared an adorable selfie with her first-born, Hans. She captioned the post, "Nothing like cuddles on a vacation. Got to spend some quality time with this lil guy."
In her stories, Reddy even shared a direct message from a follower, who praised her for inspiring moms and inquired about feeding infants while traveling.
She responded saying that she prefers breastfeeding while traveling as it's "easier on the move." She underlined the importance of traveling after having a baby to avoid slipping into the feeling that your life has stopped.
Born mid-July, Nyra is Reddy's second child with her husband Akshai Varde of 6 years.
Reddy retired from acting soon after her first pregnancy because she gained weight and lost confidence.
She didn't face the public until she lost that weight.
She and her husband run their business, Vardenchi, a custom motorcycle shop in Goregaon West which also sells biking accessories and parts.
