The girl, a law intern from Bilaspur, has alleged that the 58-year-old baba raped her at his Alwar ashram on August 7.
She had visited the ashram to offer him her first stipend, Rs. 3,000.

The victim said she took heart from Ram Rahim's conviction last month and decided to speak up. She subsequently lodged an FIR, saying the baba raped her on the pretext of making her a judge. The Chattisgarh police took the case on September 11.
Baba admitted in hospital due to high blood pressure
The police hasn't been able to talk to Kaushlendra Prapannacharya Falahari Maharaj yet because he is admitted in an Alwar hospital due to "high blood pressure."
Apparently, the baba- who reportedly eats only fruits, so "Falahari"- had helped the girl get an internship in Delhi under a senior lawyer. Her parents, who have been devout followers for decades, had asked her to visit him.

Falahari Baba arrested after cops find no health issues
Rajasthan's famed 'Falahari Baba' was arrested on Saturday afternoon on charges of raping a 21 year-old on 7th August.
The self-styled Godman had admitted himself to a hospital days before, citing high blood pressure.
Police, however, conducted their own medical examination on him at a government hospital.
Finding reports to be normal, they arrested him and sent him to 15 days judicial custody.

"In the medical tests conducted on Falahari Baba, his ECG, Sugar and Blood Pressure have been found to be normal," said Paras Jain, Alwar's Additional Superintendent of Police.
