Mumbai: Massive fire at Cinevista Studio; fire-tenders rushed to spot

A massive fire has broken out at Cinevista Studio in Mumbai's Kanjurmarg at 8:07pm today. The five-acre studio has over 30 shooting locations.

The Chief Fire Officer confirmed it is a "level 3 fire". Officials are currently trying to find the source of the massive fire.

However, no casualties have been reported so far. BMC disaster officials reportedly said no one was trapped.

Series of fire accidents in Mumbai

This is the third incident of fire in Mumbai in a week, following the deadly fire in Kamala Mills Compound that claimed as many as 14 lives on 29 December and another one in Andheri's Marol that led to the death of four people.
