India's fourth Trump Towers is coming up in Gurgaon, the second biggest in the country after Mumbai.
Each of the 258 apartments in the 50-storeyed buildings on Golf Course Road Extension will cost Rs. 5-10cr.
The developers claim to have sold 20 apartments already.
Though the Trump Organization isn't investing, M3M and Tribeca Developers will develop the project under its license.
Will this be Trump Towers' last India project?
The nitty-gritties of the project
In the 60-acre plot, the Trump Towers will occupy 11 acres. They will be taller (200m) than other projects of similar proportions (170m).
The floors would also be 3.75m higher, compared to the usual 3.15m. A third of the flats, between 3,500-4,500 sq ft, will have 22-foot-high living rooms.
The project aims a March'23 completion deadline, after Donald Trump faces his second election.
Budget of Rs. 1,200cr for now
According to M3M director Pankaj Bansal, the project would cost around Rs. 1,200cr. It will include a 9-hole golf course, temperature-controlled indoor pools, a spa and fitness centre, a business centre, and a fine-dining restaurant. Flats will have private elevators, in-residence catering and floor-to-ceiling windows.
